Bliss was residing at 300 pleasant Street, Concord, NH. 03301. Willard R. Bliss was the Grantor of The Willard R. Bliss Revocable Trust of 1993, dated September 21,1993 (“the Trust”). The names and addresses of the co-Trustees of the Trust are Faith R. Bliss, of 51 Peterson Circle, Concord, New Hampshire 03303, and David C. Bliss, of 210 Hopkinton Road, Concord, New Hampshire 03301.
