PUBLIC NOTICE NOTICE TO BIDDERS – INVITATION TO BID HEADWORKS AND SEPTAGE RECEIVING FACILITY The Town of Ashland will receive separate sealed Bids for the construction of a new Headworks & Septage Receiving Facility at the Town of Ashland, New Hampshire Wastewater Treatment Facility (WWTF). A pre-fabricated metal building has been pre-purchased and will be erected by the manufacturer under the direction of the General Contractor. Septage, screening and grit removal equipment have also been pre-purchased for installation and testing by the General Contractor. The Work includes demolition, construction of concrete channels and building foundation, electrical work, HVAC, site work, controls and all materials, equipment, services and construction inherent to the Work.
